Cancellation POlicy

At Barkers it is our policy to take payment for each session at the time of booking.  This helps to make appointments more efficient and to reduce unnecessary contact due to Covid 19.

Discounted block bookings can either be paid fully at time of booking or a week in advance after each preceeding session. 

  • If you cancel your session more than 48hrs prior to your appointment you will receive a full refund.

  • If you need to reschedule and this is done at least 48hrs prior to your appointment  your payment will be carried to the new appointment

  • Cancellation or rescheduling at less than 48hrs notice will be charged at the full session rate

  • Sessions rescheduled due to Barkers staff deeming the dog unfit to attend the session will be charged at half the session price.  (not including discounts)

This policy is in place to ensure our staff who are self employed can be paid for sessions that are cancelled  or rescheduled at short notice.
